Signature? or Stationary?

You described this as a signature block you need to insert when you send from a shared mail file. You might also want to look into the Stationary feature; this would allow multiple people to have their own signatures in canned messages ("Stationary"). You get one by starting a draft message in that mail file, then selecting "Save as Stationary". These show up in the "Tools>Stationary" menu. Other shared users can create their own Stationary. I don't know if you can support multiple signatures in a shared mail file.
